Since 1996, our state of the art water treatment facility recuperates all gray water coming from the cleaning installation and washing machines.
The water treatment process consists of:
- Settling basin
- Gray water buffer tank
- Chemical treatment
- Biological treatment
- Discharge or recuperation
The chemical treatment process coagulates the majority of the pollutants into a manageable slurry residue. Furthermore, the biological treatment process breaks down all remaining impurities in a 50.000 liter tank. We subject ourselves to stringent random water quality inspections to comply with all regulation and water quality standards. The non-recoverable slurry is picked up by an acclaimed waste hauler. All other waste products like oils, tires, used thinner, cooling fluids, paper and cardboard, filters, glass, scrap, aluminum, batteries … are all processed for recycling or correct disposal through their respective haulers. The water which leaves our treatment facility is as clean and pure as when we first received it.
