BRAEM – About Us

In 1954 two brothers – with an immeasurable passion for trucks and technology – started their own workshop in a modest shed in Handzame.

It was the start of what would grow into today's Braem nv, a leading company in the truck sector, with a broad and complete range of products and services, reaching far beyond national borders.

Thanks to the extensive service and specific expertise that Braem can offer its customers, this reputation has been built and supported. The workshop has the necessary expertise and resources to meet all customer requirements.

BRAEM Trucks

We have over 600 trucks and construction machines in stock. In addition, you can find numerous tractors, concrete mixers, vans, tippers, buses, semi-trailers and trailers at BRAEM. Our trucks are thoroughly inspected and approved. Trucks are sold in their current condition or adapted to the customer's needs. Be sure to take a look at the types of trucks we have on offer. BRAEM Spare parts

At BRAEM we have a stock of no fewer than 40,000 different truck parts. Everything between the front bumper and the rear chassis beam is delivered directly from stock. New parts, second-hand parts and exchange aggregates (engines, gearboxes, cabins, differentials, injection pumps, etc.) can be found with us. Our parts are divided by category so that you can quickly find the required part. Feel free to have a look.

BRAEM Aggregates

Over time, Braem NV has built up a large stock of aggregates such as engines, gearboxes, front and rear axles and cabins. It is also possible to obtain ZF and Eaton Fuller gearboxes.

BRAEM Services

Braem takes care of the maintenance and repairs of trucks. Through these services we are able to offer the customer a total concept. Trucks are bought from us in their current condition, or adapted to the customer's needs in our construction department. In addition, there is the CSN department where cardan shafts for all brands of trucks, construction machines, agricultural machines and industrial installations are produced and repaired. Working at Braem

Braem NV has grown, with almost 300 employees, into one of the largest dealers in trucks and truck parts, particularly for the premium brands MAN and Mercedes. In addition to these activities, Braem has one of the largest service centres in Europe within the group for a wide range of heavy rolling stock, construction machines (mixers, tippers, crane trucks) and earthmoving machines. We are also a pioneer and specialist in the overhaul of gearboxes, engines and exchange parts. The head office is located in Handzame, with a branch in Sombreffe; the MAN dealerships in Torhout and Bruges also belong to the group. In recent years, the activities have also been expanded with a fully-fledged rental company with 6 locations under the name FLYTT. To further support this growth, we are always looking for talented people to strengthen our team. Together, we strive to put the customer's interests first and exceed their expectations.
