Warranty and returns
For the purposes of realising a smooth processing of returned goods, we require your cooperation. Please fully complete our return document. This will allow us to easily determine the supply order of the goods and credit these items swiftly. Even when you return the goods yourself, it is important to fully complete the return document, as it could take a day or two before your request is processed. If the return document is not or not fully completed, we cannot guarantee that your request will be processed.
