Return procedure
Please complete the returns form in full and attach it clearly to the outside of the parcel. Pack the goods in a shipping box to prevent damage. Returns without a (fully) completed returns form may be delayed and/or may not be processed. The final assessment and any credit note will be issued following inspection of the returned goods and in accordance with the applicable returns policy.

Warranty procedure
All warranty claims are processed digitally via our online warranty form. Please use the link below to submit your claim. To return the item covered by the warranty to us, you must follow the returns procedure. The warranty form must be submitted no later than one month after the item has been returned. Warranty claims submitted after this deadline cannot be processed. In such cases, the part in question will be returned to the purchaser.
